Please read this instruction carefully before starting, if you have any questions,
please contact with the company in time. The first time you use this equipment, please
use a small amount of sample for experiment, and properly keep this instruction for a
rainy day.
一、技术参数Technical Parameters

二、适用范围Scope Of Application
本机主要适用于实验室对液状物料直接转化为微量粉末，无需在干燥前对物料进行过滤、浓缩和粉碎，对所有溶液如乳浊液、悬浮液具有适用性。
This Equipment is mainly suitable for laboratory for changing liquid material directly into micro powder, without filtration, concentration and smash before dr ying, the supplies for all solution is a broad applicability， such as emulsion,suspending liquid。

四、安装说明Installation Instructions
a)干燥室的安装
用双手将干燥室托住然后插入干燥室固定托板上(置于白色PTFE 垫块上)，锁紧把手即可。
The installation of the Glass kiln ：Prop up the Glass kiln and then inserted into the fixed plate (PTFE in white on the block) , and lock the handle。
b)旋风分离器的安装
将旋风分离器紧缩螺母、密封圈及不锈钢垫片套入旋风分离器的出风管上，然后一起插入设备出风管中，调节干燥室出风口与旋风分离器进风口的位置，使两个口平直对齐，用卡箍将两个口连接起来，最后紧缩旋风分离器紧缩螺母。
The installation of cyclone separator：
Fit the cyclone separator nut, seal ring and stainless steel gasket into the air outlet of cyclone separator, and then inserted into the air outlet of device, a djust the position of the air outlet of the Glass kiln and the inlet of the cycl one separator, make two mouth straight alignment, by connecting two mouth clamp, at last tightening nut tightening cyclone separator
c)用螺纹连接器将集料瓶和旋风分离器连接起来
Connect the aggregate bottle to the cyclone separator with threaded connector
d)用螺纹连接器将集料管和干燥室连接起来
Connect the aggregate tube to the Glass kiln with threaded connector
e)将喷雾腔安装到设备上，连接4mm 气管(通针用)和6mm 蓝色气管(喷雾用)
Connect the spray chamber into the device, and then connect 4 mm trachea (using for needle) to 6 mm blue trachea (using for spray)
f)安装食品级硅胶管至蠕动泵上，并插入喷雾腔进料口
Install the food-grade silicone tube to the peristaltic pump, and insert the inlet of the spray chamber
注意：所有玻璃器皿都为易碎品，安装和清洗时注意小心轻放，确认所有的部件都已安装就位后再上电操作。
Note: all glassware is fragile, handle with care when installation andr confirm all the components are installed in place before the electric operation。
五、操作说明Operating Instructions
1 开机，显示如下界面，请选择中文或英文，点击进入系统
Power On，and the screen displays as the following。Please select Chinese or English，and click it to enter the system
2，主界面显示如下图Main interface shows as below：
（1）蠕动泵：
移动蠕动泵控制按钮到”ON”,蠕动泵启动,自动控制蠕动泵的运行，移动至”
OFF 蠕动泵关闭。
Peristaltic pump:
Move the peristaltic pump control button to "ON", the peristaltic pump starts, and move the control button to the “OFF”,the peristaltic pump shut down.
(2)风机：
移动风机按钮至”ON”风机开始运行，移动到”OFF” 则风机停止。
Draught fan:
Move the fan control button to "ON", the fan starts running, and move it to "OFF" ,the fan stops.
(3)通针：
按钮移动到”ON”通针运行，移动按钮到“OFF”则运行停止。
Nozzle cleaner：
Move the nozzle cleaner control button to "ON", the nozzle needle starts running, and move the button to "OFF", the nozzle needle stops.
(4)空压机：
按钮移动到”ON”空压机运行，移动按钮到“OFF”则运行停止。
Air compressor：
Move the air compressor control button to "ON", the air compressor starts running, and move the button to "OFF", the air compressor stops.
(5)加热器：
按钮移动到”ON”加热器运行，移动按钮到“OFF”则运行停止。
Heater：
Move the heater control button to "ON", the nozzle needle starts running, and move the button to "OFF", the heater stops.
注：在风机没启动之前加热器是不会启动的，关闭风机加热器自动断开。
Note:The heater can not be started before the fan start, and if the fan is stoped ,the heater will be stoped automatically .
3 参数设定Parameter Setting
(1) 风机风速设定：
设定风机的转动频率：
按动数值框，弹出数字键盘，按CLR 键将数字清零，然后输入所需的值，
按确定键修改完毕。
The Fan speed setting ：
Set the rotational frequency of the fan : Push the numerical boxes, pop-up keypad, press the CLR key will clear all the digital, then input the required value, and at last click the Enter to determine it.
(2) 蠕动泵转速设定：
设定蠕动泵转速：
按动数值框，弹出数字键盘，按CLR 键将数字清零，然后输入所需
的值，按确定键修改完毕。
The peristaltic pump rotate speed setting ：Set the rotational frequency of the peristaltic pump :Push the numerical boxes, pop-up keypad, press the CLR key will clear all the digital, then input the required value, and at last click the Enter to determine it
（3）通针设定：
设定通针频率(周期)：
按动数值框，弹出数字键盘，按CLR 键将数字清零，然后输入所需
的值，按确定键修改完毕。
The needle setting：
Set the frequency of the needle :
Push the numerical boxes, pop-up keypad, press the CLR key will clear all the digital, then input the required value, and at last click the Enter to determine it。
（4）进风温度设定值
设定进风温度：
按动数值框，弹出数字键盘，按CLR 键将数字清零，然后输入所需的
值，按确定键修改完毕。

七、实验准备The Prepare for Experiment
1.按照安装说明将各部件安装好
According to the installation instructions for the parts will be installed
2.按下设备蓝色启动按钮，启动风机，启动加热器
Press equipment blue button, start the blower, start the heater
3.设定进风温度
Set the air inlet temperature value
4.待出风温度达到设定值时，开启蠕动泵自动
When the air outlet temperature reached setting value, open the peristaltic pump automatically
5.先进水，观察物料雾化及温度变化情况，重新设定风机、进风温度，待稳定后
进料
Import water firstly, and observe the change of materials and temperature, and reset the speed of the fan and the temperature of the air inlet , and import mat erial after stable 。
八、停机步骤Stop Steps
1.当物料用完后，进水将胶管内的物料全部喷完后（约5 分钟），关闭蠕动泵
When the material is used out, import water and spray all the material within the hose(about 5 minutes), closes the peristaltic pump
2.关闭空压机
Close the air compressor
3.关闭加热器
Close the heater
4.待进风温度降至40 度以下时，关闭风机
When the temperature of air inlet drop to 40 C°, close the fan
5.取下集料瓶，将物料转移到其他容器中
Take the fixation material bottle down, transfer the material to other container
6.容器完全冷却后取下清洗
When the container become to cool completely， take down and clean it。__

四、安装说明Installation Instructions
a)干燥室的安装

The installation of cyclone separator：
Fit the cyclone separator nut, seal ring and stainless steel gasket into the air outlet of cyclone separator, and then inserted into the air outlet of device, a djust the position of the air outlet of the Glass kiln and the inlet of the cycl one separator, make two mouth straight alignment, by connecting two mouth clamp, at last tightening nut tightening cyclone separator
c)用螺纹连接器将集料瓶和旋风分离器连接起来

d)用螺纹连接器将集料管和干燥室连接起来
Connect the aggregate tube to the Glass kiln with threaded connector
e)将喷雾腔安装到设备上，连接4mm 气管(通针用)和6mm 蓝色气管(喷雾用)
Connect the spray chamber into the device, and then connect 4 mm trachea (using for needle) to 6 mm blue trachea (using for spray)
f)安装食品级硅胶管至蠕动泵上，并插入喷雾腔进料口
Install the food-grade silicone tube to the peristaltic pump, and insert the inlet of the spray chamber
注意：所有玻璃器皿都为易碎品，安装和清洗时注意小心轻放，确认所有的部件都已安装就位后再上电操作。

(2)风机：

Move the fan control button to "ON", the fan starts running, and move it to "OFF" ,the fan stops.
(3)通针：
按钮移动到”ON”通针运行，移动按钮到“OFF”则运行停止。
Nozzle cleaner：
Move the nozzle cleaner control button to "ON", the nozzle needle starts running, and move the button to "OFF", the nozzle needle stops.
(4)空压机：
按钮移动到”ON”空压机运行，移动按钮到“OFF”则运行停止。
Air compressor：
Move the air compressor control button to "ON", the air compressor starts running, and move the button to "OFF", the air compressor stops.
(5)加热器：
按钮移动到”ON”加热器运行，移动按钮到“OFF”则运行停止。
Heater：
Move the heater control button to "ON", the nozzle needle starts running, and move the button to "OFF", the heater stops.
注：在风机没启动之前加热器是不会启动的，关闭风机加热器自动断开。
Note:The heater can not be started before the fan start, and if the fan is stoped ,the heater will be stoped automatically .
3 参数设定Parameter Setting

八、停机步骤Stop Steps
