一、实验型小型喷雾干燥机适用范围Scope Of Application
  小型喷雾干燥机主要适用于实验室对液状物料直接转化为微量粉末，无需在干燥前对物
料进行过滤、浓缩和粉碎，对所有溶液如乳浊液、悬浮液具有适用性。
This Equipment is mainly suitable for laboratory for changing liquid material
directly into micro powder, without filtration, concentration and smash before dr
ying, the supplies for all solution is a broad applicability， such as emulsion,
suspending liquid。

三、实验型小型喷雾干燥机安装说明Installation Instructions
a)干燥室的安装
用双手将干燥室托住然后插入干燥室固定托板上(置于白色PTFE 垫块上)，锁紧
把手即可。
The installation of the Glass kiln ：
Prop up the Glass kiln and then inserted into the fixed plate (PTFE in white on
the block) , and lock the handle。
b)旋风分离器的安装
将旋风分离器紧缩螺母、密封圈及不锈钢垫片套入旋风分离器的出风管上，然
后一起插入设备出风管中，调节干燥室出风口与旋风分离器进风口的位置，使
两个口平直对齐，用卡箍将两个口连接起来，紧缩旋风分离器紧缩螺母。
The installation of cyclone separator：
Fit the cyclone separator nut, seal ring and stainless steel gasket into the
air outlet of cyclone separator, and then inserted into the air outlet of device, a
djust the position of the air outlet of the Glass kiln and the inlet of the cycl
one separator, make two mouth straight alignment, by connecting two mouth cla
mp, at last tightening nut tightening cyclone separator
c)用螺纹连接器将集料瓶和旋风分离器连接起来
Connect the aggregate bottle to the cyclone separator with threaded connector
d)用螺纹连接器将集料管和干燥室连接起来
Connect the aggregate tube to the Glass kiln with threaded connector
e)将喷雾腔安装到设备上，连接4mm 气管(通针用)和6mm 蓝色气管(喷雾用)
Connect the spray chamber into the device, and then connect 4 mm trachea (us
ing for needle) to 6 mm blue trachea (using for spray)
f)安装硅胶管至蠕动泵上，并插入喷雾腔进料口
Install the food-grade silicone tube to the peristaltic pump, and insert the inlet
of the spray chamber
注意：实验型小型喷雾干燥机所有玻璃器皿都为易碎品，安装和清洗时注意小心轻放，确认所有的部
件都已安装就位后再上电操作。
Note: all glassware is fragile, handle with care when installation andr confirm all the
components are installed in place before the electric operation。
